We run forums and online rounds where people share what they are living through and talk it through together. We write down what we hear on one page that anyone can read, and we see it through: to the people who can act on it, and into our Library.

You can get involved by volunteering with us. Volunteers help organise forums, listen to and record people’s stories, and help write them up on one page. To volunteer, please fill out the form on our website, and we'll be in touch with next steps.

The Open Floor is how you can take part online. Each round asks one question. You can put an idea forward and second the ideas you back, with no sign-up. When a round closes, we take the most-seconded ideas into our next One Page.

12. Why hasn’t my idea appeared yet?

We read every idea before it goes up. We merge ideas that say the same thing, and we leave out anything abusive or off-topic, so it can take a little while for yours to appear.

13. Where can I read your one-page briefs?

In our Library. You can search it, or filter briefs by country, theme and type.

14. How do I join a forum?

Ask for a seat on our Forum page and tell us which issues matter to you. Forums run in person, and our Beyond Barriers forums are designed for people with disabilities.
